《中华人民共和国民法典》已由中华人民共和国第十三届全国人民代表大会第三次会议

于2020 年 5 月 28 日通过，现予公布，自 2021 年 1 月 1 日起施行。

The Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, adopted at the Third Session of the 13th National People 's Congress of the People's Republic of China on May 28, 2020, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of January 1, 2021.
