《中華人民共和國民法典》已由中華人民共和國第十三屆全國人民代表大會第三次會議

於2020 年 5 月 28 日通過，現予公布，自 2021 年 1 月 1 日起施行。

The Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, adopted at the Third Session of the 13th National People 's Congress of the People's Republic of China on May 28, 2020, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of January 1, 2021.
